Have you ever wanted to know how to use your serger for more than just edge finishing? Then check out our FREE video series.

Summer time is a great time to learn something new – especially something that only takes a few minutes of time. Learning the options on your overlock or serger is one of those things.

Each week we will post at least one video.

We’re posting two to get us started. We’ll start with the basics and move onto a few fun projects. In these videos I am using an Elna 745/Janome 1200 – but you can follow along with any 4 or 5 thread serger.

Here is the first set of videos – please don’t forget to leave as comment  – we love to hear what you think. Don’t forget to let your friends know.

I just got a serger and even some of the language you’re using is foreign to me. Is there a more basic video that you can suggest that will want me through from the very beginning?

Hi Paula – You are probably talking about getting used to threading. 🙂 What kind of serger do you have?

Thanks – We’re going to have fun learning everything you can do with a serger – You can really embellish in a way you can’t do on the embroidery or sewing machine.
